It is crucial to have early detection of prostate cancer as it the third most common in men and Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) a protein-based biomarker commonly used achieve purpose. Besides, ISFET integrated with nanostructures such nanowire nanosphere has been focus research for disease diagnosis. Simulations are carried out Biosensor Lab investigate performance planar, structures detecting PSA. Using nanostructured diagnosis demonstrated by comparing surface-to-volume (S/V) ratio. The biosensor highest S/V ratio showed lowest settling time when there was low analyte concentration. Its 788 times lower than planar almost 3 ISFET.
